I can guarantee that you are not the only person in your industry doing exactly what you are doing. Pretty much every industry is saturated with the people selling the same
product/service, sharing the same message to exactly the same client.
There are a lot of entrepreneurs out there. There are a lot of keynote speakers. There are a lot of marketers, and digital strategists, financial planners, brand executives — and what makes some of them stand out has way more to do with the way they present themselves more so than whatever it is they “do.”
The truth is, people gravitate towards people and that’s the value of having a Personal Brand.
If you want to build a memorable, meaningful, eye-catching Personal Brand, then here are 3 main things to focus on:
1. Your personality - don't be afraid to show your authentic self. Bring more of who you are to light. Deep connection never happens on a surface layer when you talk only about general things. Don't be afraid to speak up, and show your vulnerable side. That is what makes you relatable.
2. Consistency - is how you build loyalty and trust. Consistency is how you create intrigue, suspense. Consistency is how you attract more and more people. You have to be consistent with your content and show up even when you don't feel like it, you have to be consistent with the message that you are sharing and you want to have a consistent brand identity on all your social media channels.
3. Your core message - this is something that will make you stand out from the competition. People who have the same beliefs, same values and share the same message will connect with you more than anybody else and this way you will create the relationships for life!
